Anatomy to Zen Podcast: Chuck Carroll lost over 300 lbs. Here’s how he did it and kept it off.

I love people who can put it all out there. The truth…no lies…no sugar coating things. The good, the bad, and the vulnerable. I met Chuck Carroll several years ago when we were both working in radio but I really got to know Chuck through his totally open and vulnerable blog about his weight loss journey. 

As a former yo yo dieter and woman who has gained and lost 150lbs I was GLUED to Chuck’s blog and updates on All New’s 99.1. Each week Chuck would talk about his change in diet and losing over 300lbs. So I was so excited to get him in studio and go in depth as to how he got to 420lbs and how he lost over 300lbs and has kept it off for 5 years. Here’s Chuck’s full story from what he eats on a day to day basis, why he doesn’t do extreme exercise, and his tips on how to lose weight and keep it off.
